Check in/out
The hotel has a check-in time of 4pm and a checkout time of 11am. A early check in and check out can be requested however is not guaranteed, so please plan ahead. The last day end time is set for 3pm.

Cancellations and refunds
You may cancel your participation in Women Are Well Retreat at any time, but please be aware of the following cancellation policy: ALL payments are non-refundable, including deposits, late fees, full payments, and installment payments. Unforeseen situations may present themselves to our guests and for those circumstances, we HIGHLY recommend that you purchase travel insurance to cover your assets. We strongly encourage you to purchase travel insurance to cover unexpected events such as loss of income, medical emergencies for you or someone close to you before and during the trip, a death in the family, natural disasters, and other unforeseen events that may prevent you from attending the retreat, thus forfeiting your investment.
